Alan's Kursk Pages - A great resource on my favourite battle of WWII. Kursk resulted in the destruction of Army Group Center, and sounded the death knell for German military power in the East. General Guderian, my favourite General in this war, was the only German officer to argue with Hitler about the strategic folly Kursk was. If he had been heeded, the entire Second World War might of come out differently. Luckily for us, Hitler was an incurable meglomaniac, and didn't listen to this good advice.
